What can you expect from our hiring process?

The complete recruitment process typically takes around three weeks. Depending on your experience, the journey consists of two to three interview stages.

First call

1. Getting to know you

The first contact

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Recruitee. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

personality test

2. Personality test

Discover yourself.

To get to know each other even better, we ask you to complete a short personality test. This test will give valuable insights not only to us, but also to you - we will of course share the results with you. We use these insights as a springboard and basis for the next conversation. It helps us go deeper into your unique qualities and motivations.

First of interview

3. First round of interviews

Looking for the match. During the first interview, we want to get to know you better as a person. We discuss your motivation for the position, your skills and work experience, but above all your wishes and expectations. In this phase, we see if there is a match between you and the values and expectations of our organisation.

Learning Capacity Test

4. Learning Capacity Test

Ontdek je potentieel.

Eerste gesprek goed verlopen?

Second interview

5. Second interview

Your moment to shine.

During this interview, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in practice a realistic case related to your future position. This gives you the perfect opportunity to show how you tackle issues and apply your knowledge. At the same time, it gives you a concrete insight into the type of projects you will be working on at CRANIUM.

6. Meeting with the CEO

A meeting at strategic level. For certain positions, we will also invite you to a meeting with our CEO. This is a great opportunity to hear CRANIUM's vision and ambitions first-hand and share your own ideas.

After the final interview - be it the business interview or the meeting with our CEO - you will soon hear from us about the next steps.
