Your role:

You don’t wait for opportunities to arrive, you go out and find them. Whether it’s a new client to approach, an interesting profile to connect with, or a potential partner at an event, you sense when there’s a genuine opportunity to create value. You’ll research, reach out, qualify leads, and make sure our Business Managers and Executives have a calendar full of strong opportunities. Because the real win is more than just setting up a meeting, it’s building a connection that matters.

You are:

  • Curious about people and organisations, and motivated by results.

  • Confident and engaging in conversations: on the phone, in meetings, and at events.

  • Structured in your approach, persuasive without being pushy.

  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
