Job description
You’ve got the instinct. The curiosity. The drive to open doors and start conversations that have impact.
At CRANIUM Group (CRANIUM & Cingulum), we work with organisations to protect, secure, and govern their most valuable data. We combine legal, technical, and strategic expertise to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
We’re looking for a sales profile with a hunter mindset. Someone who’s energised by outreach, loves connecting with people, and wants to grow into a meaningful commercial role within this high-impact field.
Triggered? Let’s see if we match!
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative, you help us grow across the CRANIUM Group, thus for CRANIUM and Cingulum. You identify, qualify, and warm up leads, ensuring our Business Executives and Managers have full calendars with high-quality opportunities.
Job requirements
As our sales colleague, you’ll:
Build and execute smart outreach plans and market research
You research potential clients, learn to understand their challenges, map their needs, and develop tailored outreach to spark interest, across sectors and domains.
Learn the ropes of our services and approach
You understand (or have an interest in) our offering (privacy, security, digital law and data governance consultancy solutions)Fuel the sales funnel
Fearless outreach: you don’t hesitate to reach out to prospects via phone, LinkedIn, via events and email. You fill the calendars of your sales colleagues with qualified prospects, and you know: a ‘no’ is just a step closer to a ‘yes’. You will also join sales meetings to sharpen your own commercial skills and understanding.Get involved in events
You help organise and attend events. You create visibility for the entities of the CRANIUM Group online and offline. You engage with potential partners and help make sure our presence is memorable (for the right reasons).Spot commercial opportunities early
Whether it’s during an event, a chat, or a LinkedIn message, you listen well, ask the right questions, and know how to spot an opportunity when you hear one.
You will work across the CRANIUM Group and collaborate closely with our Business Executives and Business Managers from CRANIUM and Cingulum. You will be supported by our Shared Enabling Services (SES) and coached by our Head of Business Development.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
You’re a relationship builder and a hunter in one: you act fast, but always with respect, and are driven to deliver results.
You’re a match if you’re:
Curious by nature; about people, organisations, and how to connect them.
Motivated by targets and results, but value relationships as much as deals.
Genuinely interested in consultancy and the legal, privacy, security, or data governance domains (you don’t need deep expertise, but you’re eager to learn).
A confident communicator who listens well, asks smart follow-up questions, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
Structured in your approach, keeping a clear overview of your research and outreach.
Persuasive without being pushy, with a mindset to close when the opportunity is right.
Comfortable attending client meetings and events in person.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is definitely a plus).
At CRANIUM Group, we combine high standards with a people-first approach. You’ll find the freedom to explore, the trust to take ownership, and collaborate with a team that has your back. This is a role with a clear growth path. Along the way, you’ll get coaching, access to sector expertise, and a chance to contribute to meaningful projects across our entities.
Sound like you? Reach out to Talent or your People Manager for a chat. We’d love to hear why you’re interested.
What's in it for you?
As our SDR, you are highly appreciated for your expertise and enthusiasm! Therefore, we offer you a generous compensation package, including:
An attractive and competitive salary with a wide range of extra benefits;
Flexible working arrangements, as we want you to build a successful career and deliver excellent customer service, without sacrificing your personal priorities.
A mobility budget fully adaptable to your lifestyle and personal needs, or a company car.

Support in Career Lifecycle: Depending on your needs, you'll be supported through regular check-ins and buddy meet-ups to help you grow and feel confident in your role.
Stay Active & Healthy: De-stress in our office gym or bond with colleagues during a friendly padel match or yoga session. With our health partner, Alan, you also receive many additional health benefits such as easy access to a variety of health experts (psychologists, GPs,...) and the best health insurance on the market today. Your well-being is our priority.
