As our Business Manager for the Brussels region, you play a central role within the organisation and are key to its success.   • Data Compliance and Governance ignite your interest. You possess an understanding of (or are open to learn about) data protection and information security, and are staying constantly updated on the latest industry trends, including AI and evolving digital regulations.
  • You have a proven track record in B2B sales, solutions selling, consultancy selling or any other relevant sales experience.
  • Customer success is your passion, making an impact is your goal. You're dedicated to building strong relationships and providing actionable, insightful advice that empowers clients to achieve their goals (while also spotting new business opportunities).
  • You have a proven track record of leading and empowering a team. You leverage your skills in expectation management, performance reviews, and allround support to consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • As a true team player, you excel at building trust and fostering open communication within different teams.
  • You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
  • You can easily work from our Zaventem base (HQ)
