Job requirements

What a day as a Digital Law Consultant looks like

  • Manage various digital law / privacy projects (Contracting, IP & ICT Law, AI Law, Data Laws, …)

  • Facilitate and attend client meetings

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to establish legally sound yet pragmatic solutions for clients’ businesses

  • Present findings to clients in a concise and clear manner

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes

  • Develop and share your expertise within the team

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a range of digital law / privacy projects from start to finish

  • Engage actively in client meetings and act as a trusted advisor

  • Perform in-depth research to support robust, practical business solutions

  • Deliver well-structured and clear presentations of your findings

  • Share your expertise to help develop team knowledge and capabilities

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor- or Master’s degree of Law or any related field.

  • You’re passionate about digital law and excited about keeping up with emerging trends and technologies

  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on finding innovative solutions

  • Sociable, communicative, and a team player

  • Eager to learn and develop new skills continuously

  • You have strong communication and language skills. You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law

  • 1 year work experience

  • Basic knowledge of Contract Law, IP / ICT Law, AI Law and/or Data Law.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Motivated, open-minded, and a keen learner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
