CRANIUM is an international consultancy firm with roots in Belgium (HQ In Zaventem). We offer Data Governance and Compliance solutions which enable organisations to handle their data in a compliant, secure and efficient way.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team and help us attract the best talent in the industry.

Job requirements

What you will do. 

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Together with your colleagues, you develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for Compliance, Legal, and Governance positions across all CRANIUM entities. Apply a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, from screening resumes and conducting in-depth interviews to analysing assessments and creating competitive offer packages.
  • Onboarding support: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires within the Compliance, Legal, and Governance departments. This includes leading onboarding days and providing first-month feedback to ensure successful integration into the company culture.
  • Talent Network: Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (Recruitee).
  • Market Awareness: Remain current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve CRANIUM's recruitment strategies.

Who you are.

  • You’re passionate about HR, and are dedicated to create the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • You’re a go-getter who likes to take initiative and get things done. Deadlines, KPIs and challenges don’t scare, but motivate you.
  • You have a creative mindset and like to think outside of the box to come up with innovative ideas to attract talent.
  • You’re a teamplayer and love to work in a small Talent team, but together with a lot of other departments.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • A broad network of industry contacts is an advantage, so is experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
